It is important that you go through all the forms very carefully and follow the requirements as specified in our covering letter.

  • WHEN COMPLETING THE APPLICATION FORM, PLEASE PRINT ALL INFORMATION IN BLOCK (CAPITAL) LETTERS ONLY. DO NOT WRITE IN SCRIPT SINCE IT CAN BE VERY HARD TO READ AND YOUR INFORMATION MAY BE RECORDED INCORRECTLY.
  • YOU MUST COMPLETE THE FORM FULLY. DO NOT LEAVE OUT ANY INFORMATION.
  • YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR PHONE NUMBER.
  • YOU MUST SPECIFY THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE MAIN APPLICANT & OTHER APPLICANTS ON THE FORM.
  • YOU MUST PROVIDE THE AGE OF EVERY APPLICANT ON THE FORM.

    FAILURE TO FOLLOW OUR INSTRUCTIONS MIGHT BE A CAUSE FOR REJECTION IN THE SADHANA CAMP.

    Dear Brothers & Sisters:

    It is our pleasure to give you the details of the "Third Sadhana Camp - 2008" to be conducted by Pujya Dada J.P. Vaswani at Meliá Panama Canal Hotel, Rep of Panama, from April 18th thru April 20th, 2008.

    The camp activities will include spiritual meetings, satsangs, guided meditation, question and answer sessions, walk-a-thon with Dada and also rest and recreation. All camp activities, including the walk-a-thon, are open to registered camp members only. Relatives or friends, dropping you off or picking you up, are allowed to come up to the hotel lobby area only.

    Each family will be assigned a separate room. The total charge for the 3-day camp will be as follows:

    Per Adult.........................................................$150.00
    Single member requesting separate room (subject to availability)....... $300.00
    Children age 5 to 12 years (Children under 5 years are not allowed)...$ 80.00

    The above charges are based on double/triple occupancy hotel accommodation for two nights and all meals served during the camp period. Any room service should be settled by paying cash at the time of service.

    Registration to the Sadhana Camp is limited and will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. We strongly suggest that in order to avoid disappointment those who wish to join the camp should respond immediately as we have limited rooms, by mailing the check with enclosed registration form to:

    Your check and registration form must be received no later than March 31st , 2008 Applications post-marked or submitted between April 1st & April 7th, 2008, will be considered "Late" and will be surcharged at $25 .00 per member,
    Late applications will be rejected, if check does not include this surcharge.
    Any application after April 7th, 2008, will be rejected & returned to applicant.

    Rules framed by the committee are being sent herewith. Please read these rules carefully before sending the application since strict compliance will be expected of all participants. By submitting your application you agree to abide by the camp rules without exception. Request for refunds will not be entertained.

    CAMP RULES

    THE THIRD SADHANA CAMP - 2008

    TO BE HELD AT MELIA PANAMA CANAL, HOTEL REP OF PANAMA. APRIL 18TH THRU APRIL 20TH, 2008

    1. The camp is a place of self-discipline. All members are expected to cooperate in creating an atmosphere that is absolutely necessary to maintain the sanctity of the camp.

    2. All participants are expected to be on the campus at all times and will not leave the camp grounds without the consent of Ashok Buxani.

    3. Only registered participants will be permitted at the Camp. Relatives or friends dropping you off or picking you up are allowed to come up to the hotel lobby area only. Additionally, they are not allowed to visit you even in the hotel lobby anytime during the camp period.

    4. Punctuality and attendance is required for all programs, including the opening ceremony on the 1st day Friday, April 18th,2008. No member is allowed to leave the camp grounds before the official closing which is approximately 3:00 p.m., on the last day, Sunday, April 20th, 2008. Therefore, please plan your arrival and departure accordingly before sending the application.

    5. Participants cannot drink alcohol, smoke or read newspapers, etc. during the entire period of the camp.

    6. Participants will not be permitted any other activities which are not part of the official program.

    7. No reading other than spiritual literature is permitted.

    8. No gossip, idle talk or telephone calls will be permitted. Participants will be expected to observe as much silence as possible.

    9. Ladies and gents should avoid communicating with each other unless necessary.

    10. All parents with children are requested to make sure their children attend all sessions of the camp (excepting guided meditation sessions for children under 12).

    11. It will be the parents' responsibility to see that their children maintain silence and discipline during a camp session and, if necessary, escort them out of the main hall so that other participants are not disturbed.

    12. All parents will be expected to devote some time to take care of the children during the camp sessions. Kindly plan some activities for the children so that they are kept occupied and entertained during the camp sessions. Parents are requested to bring books, games etc. for the use of their children.

    COMPULSORY RETREAT DRESS CODE

    All girls and ladies are requested to wear Indian dresses only, like Salwar Kameez or Sari.
    No other outfit will be allowed.

    All boys and men are not allowed to wear shorts.
